If you're new to Quantivia™ and want a quick overview of what it's all about, we've provided a list of common question our clients ask.   • I’m interested in your product. Where and how can I buy this?

    We sell our product per download from the www.quantivia.com website.

  • Can I buy a boxed (physical) product?

    No, the product is only available as a download from the www.quantivia.com website.

  • May I use Quantivia™ on more than one computer?

    No, according to the license agreement you are allowed to install the software on only one dedicated computer.

  • What operating system do I have to use?

    Quantivia™ runs on Windows XP, Vista, Win7 and Win8 and Win 10 64 bit. Alternatively, it could be installed on a PHP webserver.

  • Do I have to do the download from the computer I wish to install the product on?

    No, but the software would only work on the computer with the correct license file.

  • Is there any demo or trial version of the software?

    There is demo project loaded in the download, but not a trial version.

  • How do I make payment for and receive the download for Quantivia™?

    After completing the online transaction, which will include your credit card details, you will be forwarded to a page containing all necessary links to Quantivia™. By following the links and after receipt of payment has been verified, you can download the file. Your License Number will be provided to the email address you have entered in the online transaction. This is your personal key for the proper product activation.

  • How many times can I download the files?

    There is no limit on how many times the install files may be downloaded.

  • Will I complete the purchase of the product just by clicking on the Quantivia™ link?

    No, by clicking on the link you will simply (and safely) enter the transaction page. The final purchase is clearly displayed and cannot be completed before entering all the necessary data and accepting the Terms and Conditions. The final acceptance of the payment will be displayed in a following page, which will allow you access to the link to download the product.

  • How long do I have to wait after payment?

    As soon as the transaction has been completed, a mail would be sent requesting the necessary details to issue a license file, which would be needed to activate the software. License files are issued within 12 hours.

  • What if I lose all the files?

    There are regular backup options, but should standard Microsoft Windows backups be used, they would automatically back the Quantivia™ data folder up as well.

  • What are the file sizes I have to download?

    The install file is about 200 Mb.

  • How much disk space do I need?

    The disk space required to run this software is approximately 2 to 3 GB.
